Each of our dedicated brochures is put together by the individual brand product manager who knows their destination and programme thoroughly. The information provided and images used are up-to-date and honest, an approach maintained by the company throughout. Sales staff are trained and visit the destinations regularly; customers are able to speak to a member of the team who has visited the property they are interested and they will advise honestly if it suits their needs.*

Knowledgeable & Friendly Resort Staff
Customers travelling with The Gambia Experience, The Cape Verde Experience, and Corsican Places will benefit from the excellent resort teams based in the resorts. The Gambia Experience team was named as "one of the best in the business" by a visiting journalist from a UK national paper and the same principles have been shared with the teams in the other destinations.
Where possible we employ local representatives who can share their wealth of knowledge and insight with holidaymakers. Many of our resort staff have worked for Serenity Holidays for years: Joyce Stavroulakis, resort manager in The Gambia, has lived in The Gambia for 20 years and has unrivalled knowledge of the country and her people.
Sustainable Tourism
The Gambia Experience and The Cape Verde Experience have both been awarded 5 star sustainable tourism status (the highest possible) by the Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO). Across the company we operate a policy of sustainable Tourism which affects the working practices in the UK and abroad.
