Meet The Team

We thought that a little introduction from our key agency support staff would be nice.

We have two full time staff dedicated to building relationships with the trade and supplying special offers, brochures and training. Our reservation and administration teams are also on hand to help with any type of sales or admin enquiry.

Despite working for Serenity in Marketing for the last 6 years, I am officially the new kid on the block in Agency Sales. I’ve been to The Gambia 3 times and love talking to people so it seems I’m in the best place! I work part time alongside Jason and cover everything from brochure requests to agents visits.

I was really surprised by the amount of choice of restaurants in Kololi and love the craft market where I seem to buy something different every time...I love haggling & get really into it - the Gambians are actually disappointed if you don't join in! The people are friendly, the beaches are lovely, & having visited The Gambia twice now I can't wait to go back again.

Likes - Bijilo Beach Hotel

When I visit Gambia, one hotel I am particularly impressed by with is the Bakotu. I found it to have a lovely atmosphere, very relaxed and tranquil & it was great to be able to watch all the bird life from our small terrace (whilst enjoying a glass of wine)!
