Sir Roger Moore has named Corsica as his favourite Bond location in an interview to celebrate the launch of the new James Bond film Quantum of Solace featuring Daniel Craig.
During his interview with Emma Forrest for Metro World News, the former 007 was asked which of the many exotic Bond locations was his favourite, his response was: “It has to be Corsica. It’s such a beautiful island with terrific hotels and the most gorgeous seafood. In a word, it’s idyllic.”
Sir Roger Moore was on location on Corsica whilst filming The Spy Who Loved Me which also featured other glamorous locations including the Bahamas but it was Corsica that captured his heart.
