As an Agent of Serenity Holidays Ltd and to ensure we remain compliant with the law, we must have an agency agreement with each of our agents. Please download our Agency Agreement at the bottom of the page and complete the highlighted sections on page 1 and 11.
It is deemed acceptance of our agreement if you book flight-only or package holidays with Serenity Holidays.
This agreement acts as an addendum to any Commercial Terms that already exist between you as an Agent and Serenity Holidays Ltd. All agents must keep a copy of the agency agreement for the period that it is in force and for a period of 12 months after it expires or is terminated.
ATOL Certificates
Serenity Holidays issues ATOL Certificates at the time of payment. These will be emailed along with your Confirmation Invoice and must be given to your client at the time of booking.
Certificates are being produced for:
- Single contract (packages)
- Multiple contract (packages)
- Flight-Only
